Mid-century modern “Eichler” style home. Skylights, great living area, dining and kitchen, modern appliances, two bedroom, one story. Excellent outdoor patios and big sunny yard, outdoor dining and lawn games available. Eight-minute walk to Chicken Ranch Beach, twenty-minute walk to Shell Beach.
Guest access
The house is available for guests. Garage, laundry and private office closed to guests.
Other things to note
House has a high step-in shower which may not work for those with limited mobility. Not wheelchair accessible due to narrow doors and stairs. Uneven footpaths and natural terrain in yard.
