Since 2012 Cadiz Vacation Rentals has been managing and maintaining West Marin vacation rental properties for clients who are interested in rental income from their homes, cottages and cabins without the hassles and distractions of hands-on, day-to-day management of those properties.

Meg Cadiz and her team provide a highly integrated set of property management services and skills including, rental marketing, rental bookings, guest contact, hospitality and satisfaction support, unit cleaning, yard maintenance, unit repair and upgrade management as well as providing her clients with insights into how they can maximize the income potential of their rental property.

With deep roots in the Point Reyes and Inverness area, Meg’s family has been coming to West Marin for over a century. Meg’s Grandfather and Grandmother owned an Inverness house that Meg’s Mother, Aunts and Uncles enjoyed for decades. In the 1980s and 90s Meg’s family owned an A-frame cabin in the Inverness hills that secured in her heart a lifelong love for West Marin. Meg enjoys sharing her love for West Marin and her knowledge of the Point Reyes and Inverness area with all of her guests and clients.
